PROCESS TIME
EVERY ORDER is generally "Made-to-Order".
At this time we generally DO NOT keep excess inventory on our shelves and that is why it take us roughly (2-4) days to prepare and process each order. **Please note that processing time does not include shipping time!
SHIPPING METHOD
We use USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground services. The shipping provider is selected by you at checkout. However, if you meet our free shipping minimum then the choice in shipping provider is at our discretion.
*Please remember that once your order has been picked up by USPS or UPS, delivery time and handling is no longer under our control. Once your order is shipped and out of our hands it is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier you chose at checkout. For lost or damaged packages please contact the shipping carrier you chose at checkout.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
The address that you provide during checkout is the address that we use for shipping, we will not be responsible if the information provided is incorrect, this includes partial or incomplete addresses (missing street name, apt#, zip code, etc.). Once your order is placed, you will receive a "Confirmation" email detailing your order and the information you provided....PLEASE review the information and if changes are needed, contact Sunflower_sweets@yahoo.com ASAP so that we can make the necessary correction(s) if possible.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products we unfortunately have a ZERO return policy. However if there is an issue with your order please contact me at Sunflower_sweets@yahoo.com to see if there is a solution.
Please Note: Freeze dried candy and sweets are delicate and fragile. We do our best to package them safely for shipping to prevent damage as much as possible. However, contents may settle or break during transit due to the fragility of freeze-dried products. If your product arrives with small pieces in the bag, don't throw them away! Sprinkle them on top of ice cream, yogurt, or icing for the ultimate sweet treat! Once shipped, we are unable to control how the shipping carrier handles their handling and delivery.
